The club officers and directors voted to implement a new badge system this year
to cut down the work load of the renewing process in future years. We voted to implement a new permanent badge system.
This will require each member to come to the club and get his club photo ID made. We will set up a list of dates and times
during the week and on weekends to give you many opportunities to get your new badge.
You can still mail in your dues to the clubs post office box (Coast Rifle and Pistol Club,
P.O.B. 7122, D’Iberville, MS, 39540) and remain a member in good standing even though you may not have time to come out
and pick up your badge in the next few weeks. Remember if you mail in your dues please wait 5 days before coming out to
get a badge. We have to pick up your dues and put your name on a list so when you do arrive at club we will know you have paid.
If the person working on new badges that day cannot verify you paid your dues he will not be allowed to give you a badge.
You can still fill out your renewal application
to update the data base and have your picture taken if you have your 2008-9 badge
number. You can currently get a new badge and pay your dues on the 1st or 3rd
Saturday or Sunday from 3 to 3:45 PM just before we join new members or at alternate
times listed below. If you come out between 3 and 3:45 on the 1st or 3rd Saturday
or Sunday be a little early so the briefer that day will have time to make renewing
members badges prior to starting his orientation to new members. It takes about
five minutes to fill out an application this is required to get club data base
updated so we have your current address, phone number, and e-mail address and
then take your picture and make your badge. This process takes about five minutes
per member so please be patent with the people supporting this process.
If you are computer literate and would like to give
us a hand supporting this effort please contact Joe
Newman at e-mail address (ThirdReconE6@aol.com) or call him during the day
from 9 AM till 5 PM at 228-326-8263 or you can call or e-mail me, AndreChampagne
at andrerd8523@att.net or call 228-323-2680 from 9 AM till 5 PM.
Alternate Times you can get your new ID badge made. Keep checking website for new dates to be posted.
Starting next Monday (June 15th) and continuing on for the next two weeks (Mon- Fri only),The club has hired someone
to be at the range from 4:00 pm till 8:pm to do renewals... Please note that the person doing the renewals will be leaving
the range at 20:00 sharp so please get there early enough to fill out the paperwork and process the badge.
Saturday and Sunday as usual
