Special Purpose Meeting Minutes

December 19^th, 2011

Present were…

Julie Russell, President

Tom Wilz, Vice President

Joe Newman, Safety Officer

Hale Switzer, Secretary

Chester Abbot, Glen Dawson and Ken Hablitzel Directors

1) The meeting was called to order. This is a special purpose meeting to vote on holding the 4H state shoot and deciding conditions.

2) A motion was made whether to hold the shoot and it was unanimously approved.

3) A date was set for July 13-14, 2012. This was unanimously approved.

4) CRPC will not be providing food services.

5) 4H will provide their own tents, porta potties, etc.

6) Clay targets will be $3.00 a round.

7) CRPC will provide a temporary 2^nd trap range.

8) There will be no camping.

9) 4-H will provide a statement of liability insurance to cover Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

10) CRPC will provide the Range Safety Officer with appointed others.

11) Parking will be organized and run by CRPC Range Safety Officer Joe Newman, who needs 7 volunteers to help park vehicles.

12) Meeting adjourned.
