Meeting Minutes November 17th, 2010

#1 A tree had to be removed before it fell on the parking lot of the concrete plant. The cost was $300.00


#2 Andre suggested that items for the agenda should be e-mailed to Andre before the next meeting. The idea was tabled.


#3 The general account has a balance of $64,891.36. The money market has a balance of $9,817.86. The Club has a subtotal of 74,709.22 in the bank. With our CD reserve fund of $50,000.00 the club has assets of 124,709.22.


#4 Paula gave a “Banking Summary” for the dates 6/23/10-11/16/10 and for 10/20/10-11/16/10. These will be scanned and added to the website.


#5 A motion was made to make club financial information available on the website, this would be password protected. The motion was unanimously approved.


#6 A motion was made to limit police use of the ranges to one day, which would have to be schedules in advance. This was approved.


#7 The need for dirt-work between ranges 2 and 3 was brought up. Several other dirt-work projects we mentioned and it was decided that a list of projects should be made so that we could get a single bid and accomplish all of the projects at once.


#8 A price for new chairs for ranges 2 and 3 was given at $19.99 each. These would be plastic folding chairs. The board unanimously approved the purchase of 20 new chairs.


#9 A bill was submitted by Randy Brownlee to the amount of $2030.69 for improvements done to the skeet range and installing RV electrical hookups. The board unanimously voted to not pay the bill as the board had not given prior approval for the work.
