Meeting Minutes October 20^th 2010

#1 Mr. Robert Lee has been terminated from his duties of range maintenance. Ms Laura Glover and Jeremy Brown have been retained to perform his duties at the same hourly rate. They will also take over mowing range #2 (Intermediate Rifle Range) before NRA sanctioned rimfire matches. Our tools have not been recovered from Robert Lee.

#2 Jean (4H liaison) introduced that __________ will be going to the nationals 4H competition to represent Mississippi in Skeet. Methods were discussed on how to raise money to support his efforts.

#3 Jean also mentioned that 4H members would be doing service hours and that we need to think of things for them to do.

#4 The website will cost $475 per year. This was unanimously approved.

#5 Range #3 (Long Rifle Range) will be closed all day on November 10^th for the Biloxi SWAT team. This was unanimously approved.

#6 John Ohman brought several examples of advertising materials. The advantages of each ere discussed and he will be getting quotes.

#7 Joe Newman suggested sponsoring the Patriot Riders website. The cost will be $275. This was unanimously approved.

#8 The previous weekend the Woolmarket Volunteer Fire Department responded to a call on the property. Andre suggested that we make a contribution of $200 to them.

#10 Andre gave out copies of the audit, prepared by Culumber, Fletcher, Harvey & Associates, PA. Several members were not pleased with the type of audit in that it did not itemize the income and liability of the club. This was discussed and the meeting was adjourned.
