Financial Report
Following discussion a motion was made and seconded ; then later amended to read as follows:
Dues will be raised to $200.00 dollars beginning the 2009-2010 fiscal year for renewing members. New members will begin paying the $200.00 membership fee beginning July 1, 2008.
The motion was passed with 53 yes and 3 no votes.
The proposed officers for 2008-2009 were
Chester Abbott – President
Tom Wilz – Vice President
Andre Champagne – Treasurer
Teresa Williams – Secretary
Joe Newman – Range Safety Officer
There were no opponents for any of the previous positions and these officers will continue for the 2008-2009 year.
Three candidates were nominated for the position of Board Director. They were
John Stubbendick - received 26 votes
Randy Brownlee – received 36 votes
Paul Burfield- received 4 votes.
Randy Brownlee was elected to serve for a term as Board Director.
A motion was made and seconded to hire someone to clean around the club twice a month. This was passed by a large majority.
All members were encouraged to attend regular club meetings and to participate in the raffle and help sell tickets or purchase tickets to support the club.
